An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full rather than substitute it.
Natural materials vary. Clay pots, timber and seed mixes will differ slightly from the photographs — that is the material, not a fault.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
