If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, send it back in resaleable condition for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
We pay return postage and either replace it or refund it in full, including the original shipping. Email a photo and your order number and we will sort it that day.
Unopened seed packs can be returned like anything else. Opened seed packs cannot be resold, so we cannot accept those back — but if a pack fails to germinate under reasonable conditions, tell us and we will replace it.
Email help@clearhearthco.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back.
